About the Henry Ford Museum

The Henry Ford Museum is only a twenty minute drive from the Bishop-Brighton. The Museum captures the spirit of America and what it means to be American. There are many permanent exhibits to explore and each deals with a different aspect of American culture. The Museum features classic American cuisine. Dine cafeteria style or eat in a traditional, 1950’s diner car!

About Greenfield Village

Greenfield Village is an 80-acre living museum. It will take you back to the sights, sounds and sensations of America’s past. There are 83 authentic, historic structures, from Noah Webster’s home, where he wrote the first American dictionary, to Thomas Edison’s Menlo Park laboratory, to the courthouse where Abraham Lincoln practiced law.  Ride on genuine Model T or “pull” glass with world-class artisans; you can watch 1867 baseball or ride a train with a 19th-century steam engine.

About the Ford Rouge Factory Tour

Visit the site where it all began. Ford not only built his vehicles at this iconic factory, he manufactured the necessary materials, making the Rouge completely self sufficient. Explore the iconic assembly line and see the latest Ford innovations up close!
